Meat Fleet Fishing
Here is my logo design for a local bass fishing team. It is inspired by the ancient Egyptian Ouroboros, the icon of a serpent eating its own tail.
Ouroboros symbolize introspection and eternal cyclicality, which I think connects pretty well to fishing.

Wedding Gift Painting

Firstly, congratulations to my two friends John and Sarah for getting married. Now, a little backstory here:
When John and I were college roommates, he bought a piano painting I did as an undergrad. After I moved out, another roommate accidentally took it with him,
and it ended up with his dad, who loved it and swore John would never see it again. As a wedding gift, John wanted his piano painting back, and rightfully so. However, I decided to paint our roommate's dad enjoying a glass of wine in front of his art collection.
Cheers, John!

I don't often post commissions, but I thought this was a fun and interesting concept.
Intended as a wedding gift to a couple that likes music festival posters, I turned their wedding reception into just that.

Wedding Portrait
Snowed in for the day, I did an acrylic painting for a married couple I've never met. I hope they like it!

Adoration
I enjoy finding and manipulating the space between figures, in this case fitting them together like puzzle pieces.
As You Wish
Sketching while watching The Princess Bride the other night led to this drawing and subsequent linocut.
